Zion National Park is just about 30 minutes from the Cliff Dwellers Retreat and is one of the most spectacular national parks in the world. The magnificent red rock canyons, rock formations, and emerald colored water makes this national park popular for a winter vacation.

Red Cliffs National Recreation Area is a beautiful recreation just 15 minutes from the Cliff Dwellers Retreat. This area is full of hiking and biking trails. Those that want to explore more red rock canyons and formations on their winter vacation will find this area a paradise in the winter.

Copper Rock Golf Course is open year-round and is a spectacular golf course just down the road from the Cliff Dwellers Retreat. This is a beautiful course set among the red rock sandstone of the surrounding area. Golfers that want to get in some time on the golf course during the winter months will find this course perfect for a winter golf vacation.

Sand Hollow State Park is a great area for riding side by sides and ATVs. During the winter months the crowds are minimal, and it is a perfect time to ride the sand dunes and trails around Sand Hollow State Park.
